Mason Mount is now thought to be \u2018very likely\u2019 to leave Chelsea this summer after a new development which will have Liverpool and Manchester United rubbing their hands.<\/p>\n
Chelsea have offered Mount a new contract, but the England international reportedly wants pay parity with the club\u2019s top earners, which the Blues hierarchy are unwilling to grant.<\/p>\n
As a result, rumours of a move away from Stamford Bridge have ramped up in recent weeks, with Liverpool initially thought to have sounded Mount and his representatives out over a transfer to Anfield.<\/p>\n
Manchester United have more recently joined the race, and Newcastle are also said to be keen.<\/p>\n
And now, according to Fabrizio Romano, Mount is \u2018very likely\u2019 to leave Chelsea for pastures new after it was revealed the midfielder has appointed a new agent.<\/p>\n
The Daily Mail<\/em> report that Neil Fewings from Roof has been appointed<\/a> to take over from Mount\u2019s dad Tony as the 24-year-old looks to seal a move this summer.<\/p>\n Chelsea are thought to be willing to listen to bids for their academy graduate having made their final contract offer, and want to avoid losing one of their biggest assets for free when his contract expires in the summer of 2024.<\/p>\n Blues boss Graham Potter said last week that Mount has to make the right decision for him and his family,<\/p>\n
