That’s according to talkSPORT host and former Tottenham<\/a> midfielder Jamie O’Hara<\/a>, who has assessed Postecoglou’s future.<\/p>\n \t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Forest were beaten 3-2 by Danish side Midtjylland in the Europa League<\/a> on Thursday night, continuing their winless run. <\/p>\n Since Postecoglou was appointed<\/a> as manager at the start of September, they have still not won a game. <\/p>\n The Australian’s nightmare start<\/a> has included four losses in six in all competitions, with defeat in Europe the most damaging so far.<\/p>\n The Nottingham Forest<\/a> fans, who appear to still be frustrated about the departure of Nuno Espirito Santo<\/a>, turned on their new boss. <\/p>\n They chanted ‘You’re getting sacked in the morning<\/a>‘ towards Postecoglou and boos filled the City Ground at full time.<\/p>\n Reports claim the Forest manager’s job is already under threat if the Reds lose to Newcastle on Sunday. <\/p>\n O’Hara believes that the treatment is part of the role and doesn’t think the ex-Spurs manager deserves any sympathy.<\/p>\n And he also made the claim that he can’t see Postecoglou remaining in his job at Forest by October 31.<\/p>\n “It [criticism] comes with the territory, you’re at a big football club,” he said on talkSPORT’s Sports Bar alongside Jason Cundy<\/a>.<\/p>\n “There’s no excuses, you can’t put a team out and play like that and then feel sorry for him, it’s his job.” <\/p>\n O’Hara later added: “I think he’s gone before Halloween.<\/p>\n “I don’t think he’s going to survive. They’re already singing ‘Sacked in the morning’, how do you come back from that?<\/p>\n “He’s been there six games, unbelievable stuff.”<\/p>\n Part of the reason why O’Hara can’t see Postecoglou staying in his job much longer is Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis. <\/p>\n Marinakis is renowned for his brutal and often unique approach<\/a> to running the club, with a broken relationship with Espirito Santo ultimately leading to his sacking<\/a>. <\/p>\n Postecoglou could now be set to face a similar fate<\/a> if he can not manage to turn around his woeful start in Nottingham. <\/p>\n O’Hara believes the damage may have already been done though…<\/p>\n “Marinakis isn’t going to go, is he?” he said. “Edu<\/a> isn’t, so the only one is the manager, really, as this can’t continue.<\/p>\n “They can’t carry on doing this. You can cling onto something, but in my opinion, he’s already gone. <\/p>\n “I don’t see a way out of this for Nottingham Forest, unless they go and put five or six games together and all of a sudden I see a different team, I don’t see that. <\/p>\n “I think he gets sacked [by Halloween]. They’ve got an owner in charge who is quite happy pull the trigger. <\/p>\n “He isn’t going to mess about, we saw him tonight [in the stands during the defeat to Midtjylland], we saw his face.<\/p>\n “He must be sat there thinking: ‘Oh my god, what a mistake I’ve made.’<\/p>\n “Everyone’s logical thinking would be what have I done, I’ve made a mistake, so what do I do? <\/p>\n “Do you see it out and try to see it through?
