The Denver Nuggets are back in the win column. Nikola Jokic carried the team to a 108-102 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday night. Jokic had another triple-double, recording 22 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists in 36 minutes of action. His most recent output has kept him near the top of this year’s MVP race. However, NBA fans aren’t too impressed.<\/p>\n

It appears that some fans don’t want to see Jokic win a third consecutive MVP Award. While the “Joker” is nearly averaging a triple-double, fans feel like there are other candidates such as Joel Embiid<\/a> who are more deserving. Embiid is averaging 33.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.7 blocks, and 1.1 steals.<\/p>\n
