Of the 1,355 players registered for the auction, Inglis is among five players who have informed the BCCI about limited participation in the next edition of the tournament.<\/p>\n The report reads, \u201cInglis has informed the BCCI that he would feature in only 25 percent of IPL 2026. In effect, he has conveyed to the franchises through the Board that he can take part in no more than four matches.\u201d<\/p>\n Inglis was among the standout performers for Punjab Kings (PBKS) in IPL 2025. He played 11 matches under Shreyas Iyer\u2019s captaincy, scoring 278 runs, and played a key role in PBKS\u2019 only second appearance in the IPL final.
