In his fourth-consecutive NBA All-Star selection, Minnesota Timberwolves<\/a> superstar Anthony Edwards won All-Star MVP<\/span><\/a> for the first time in his career as his Team Stars emerged victorious from the weekend.\u00a0<\/p>\n In the debut of a round-robin tournament featuring two teams of Americans and one team of international players and 12-minute games, Edwards opened the action with 13 points and two rebounds in a 37-35 win over Team World. He scored another 11 and added an assist in Team Stars\u2019 lone loss, a 42-40 defeat to Team Stripes, before scoring eight points, hauling in four rebounds and dishing out two assists in their dominant 47-21 revenge-win over Team Stars to win the tournament.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The final tally for Edwards was 32 points, nine rebounds and three assists in 26 minutes, and he credited San Antonio\u2019s Victor Wembanyama for making the event \u201ccompetitive.\u201d<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n \u201cWembanyama set the tone, man, and it woke me up for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n Which brings us to today\u2019s quiz.
