Join now and get your first month for just $1.<\/a><\/b><\/i><\/p>\n The tense scene all unfolded just minutes after the Sacramento guard sat down at a podium to talk with media members about the Kings\u2019 133-123 loss to the Pelicans at Golden 1 Center.<\/p>\n Westbrook was asked for his take on the defeat and how his team will handle the last remaining games on its schedule, but he quickly turned the table on the journalists.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat ya\u2019ll think, though?\u201d he said, clearly annoyed. \u201cCause ya\u2019ll got a lot of answers and ya\u2019ll always be talking.\u201d<\/p>\n When no one immediately spoke up, he continued asking questions.<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s very interesting,\u201d he said. \u201cNobody got, ya\u2019ll don\u2019t got no \u2014 you guys have a lot of opinions about how we do what we doing. What you got?\u201d<\/p>\n Westbrook and a few of the journalists in the room engaged in back-and-forths, but most of the conversations fizzled quickly, which prompted the nine-time All-Star to dig in further.<\/p>\n \u201cYou guys are quiet today,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n \u201cBut you guys have a lot of comments when the game\u2019s going on. After the game. What we\u2019re doing. What we should be doing. How we should be doing it. I\u2019m confused.\u201d<\/p>\n Westbrook eventually revealed he was upset by some recent comments made by reporters that he claimed were inaccurate.<\/p>\n \u201cAs a leader of this team, it\u2019s my job to speak up for the guys in the locker room,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cBecause of the comments you guys make, you\u2019ve got guys thinking about a whole bunch of random things that have nothing to do with the game. You guys are making false comments about our team and what we\u2019re doing here and I don\u2019t appreciate that.<\/p>\n \u201cMy ask is that you respect what we do, and we\u2019ll respect what you do.\u201d<\/p>\n Westbrook and the Kings have lost three in a row and are now 14-50 on the season.
