The same came after there were allegations of domestic violence against his partner. He has not been convicted of any crime yet, and as such, until a conviction, is presumed innocent. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/template><\/p>\n As per reports by Milenio<\/a>, after the arrest of Del Rio on April 6, the star could be facing a long time in prison. The penal code in the state of San Luis Potosi punishes anyone with one to seven years in prison for the crime of family vioence, as well, as 20 to 700 days of the Unit of Measurement and Update.
