He&#8217;s a first-time NFL head coach at 60, while the Browns have been one of the NFL&#8217;s most struggling franchises since returning to the league in 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Reporters asked Monken on Wednesday about missing the traditional coaches&#8217; group photo during the NFL&#8217;s annual owners meeting on March 31.
