However, his biggest success so far was when, as a last-minute addition to the Ineos Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a squad, he was the fastest in the peloton on a very <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cyclingnews.com\/races\/vuelta-a-espana-2025\/stage-4\/results\/\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.cyclingnews.com\/races\/vuelta-a-espana-2025\/stage-4\/results\/\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.cyclingnews.com\/races\/vuelta-a-espana-2025\/stage-4\/results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hilly stage of the race last year<\/a>.
