According to reports, the Saudi PIF fund may be on the verge of terminating its investment in LIV&#8217;s circuit. This suggests that the circuit may come to an end, but these plans are currently not going to happen until the 2026 season.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/golf\/news-who-brian-rolapp-all-nfl-executive-reported-become-pga-tour-s-ceo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Brian Rolapp<\/a> was present on Trey Wingo&#8217;s show and was asked whether or not the PGA Tour will allow LIV golfers to return if the circuit is closed. It is well known that the PGA allegedly issued a blanket ban on LIV golfers, prohibiting them from competing on its circuit for the rest of their careers. If several big golfers like Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau have to make a comeback, the field for any PGA tournament will undoubtedly become more competitive. According to Golf Monthly, the circuit&#8217;s CEO went on to say,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I\u2019ve always said on this subject, I\u2019m interested in doing whatever makes the PGA Tour better. Fans want the best players playing together. I\u2019ve always said that from day one when I took the job. Having said that, I don\u2019t know what the circumstances are. In a statement, Neil stated that the tour is currently approaching the heart of the season and that they are going all in with full vigor.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Guardian, Scott O&#8217;Neil stated,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I want to be crystal clear: Our season continues exactly as planned, uninterrupted and at full throttle. While the media landscape is often filled with speculation, our reality is defined by the work we do on the grass. We are heading into the heart of our 2026 schedule with the full energy of an organization that is bigger, louder, and more influential than ever before.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>While Neil has not confirmed the reports of PIF funding, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/golf\/news-5-major-takeaways-brian-rolapp-s-pga-tour-future-plan-reveal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Brian Rolapp<\/a> has stated that he, too, is unaware of the situation. The PGA Tour CEO has stated that he, too, reads the reports and is only aware of what is publicly available. According to Golf Monthly, Rolapp informed Wingo,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I\u2019m like everybody else, I\u2019m just reading things as they come across. I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on. It would be premature for me to speculate, so I don\u2019t have a lot to say. I just see the same stories everybody else sees.
