Aston Villa<\/a> are now plotting a move to sign Sassuolo defender Tarik Muharemovic ahead of interest from Serie A giants Inter Milan this summer.<\/p>\n

With potential Champions League qualification on the way for the second time in three seasons, Aston Villa are gradually beginning to take their seat at Europe’s top table.<\/p>\n

Even as PSR problems persist, it could be a summer full of reinforcements for Unai Emery<\/a>. Names such as James Trafford<\/a> and Leo Scienza<\/a> have already threatened to steal the headlines and both would be excellent additions.<\/p>\n

Even if that reinforcement doesn’t come without a major exit, which is likely to be Morgan Rogers, there’s every chance that the Villans are here to stay in the Champions League.<\/p>\n

It’s not just on the pitch that they’re looking to get one over on rival clubs, either. According to reports in Italy, Aston Villa are plotting a major hijack to sign Muharemovic<\/a> ahead of Inter Milan and Juventus this summer.<\/p>\n

The Midlands club are looking to put European rivals to the sword and could even land a bargain deal worth \u20ac25m (\u00a322m) to sign the Sassuolo star.<\/p>\n

If Aston Villa were to fend off interest from some of Europe’s top clubs, it would undoubtedly be a major statement and perhaps among their biggest in recent years.<\/p>\n
