In the second quarter at Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas, Spurs star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yardbarker.com\/nba\/players\/victor_wembanyama\/893846\" class=\"yard_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Victor Wembanyama<\/a> had to exit the game after taking a terrifying fall. <\/p>\n<p>Wembanyama was spinning his way to the basket and got knocked off balance by Portland\u2019s Jrue Holiday, who switched onto him defensively.
