YouTuber Brandon Tatum recently slammed New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel for advising players to hold themselves to a certain standard while he was “sneaking off” with sports journalist Dianna Russini. For context, Page Six<\/a> released photos of Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini holding hands and embracing at a resort in Sedona, Arizona, on April 7, 2026. <\/p>\n The scandal<\/a> gained traction online as both Vrabel and Russini are married to other people, and Russini was an NFL reporter for The Athletic, owned by The New York Times Company. Additionally, Page Six released more intimate photos of the couple taken in 2020 at a bar, in which they appear to be kissing. <\/p>\n Vrabel has been married<\/a> to his wife, Jen, since 1999, and Russini tied the knot with Shake Shack executive Kevin Goldschmidt just six months after the bar visit with Vrabel. <\/p>\n Dianna Russini has a son named Michael, born in 2021 with her husband, Kevin Goldschmidt. He also reposted a segment from the episode on his X account, with the caption suggesting that Vrabel was being hypocritical with how he expected his players to behave versus his own conduct.<\/p>\n “Mike Vrabel tells his players they need integrity, no partying on weekends, hold themselves to a standard\u2026 Then gets caught sneaking off to an exclusive couples resort in Arizona with a reporter he was supposed to be speaking to professionally. Bro thought nobody would recognize him. EVERYBODY recognizes you,” the caption read.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n In the video, Brandon Tatum further suggested that Mike Vrabel was “stupid” to meet Russinni in public, saying that the NFL coach was recognizable. He also played a clip of a content creator claiming that Mike Vrabel needed to be held accountable for his actions, just like Dianna Russini<\/a>, who resigned from her post at The Athletic after the first set of photos were leaked.<\/p>\n “Bro, you know how stupid you gotta be to do this?… That’s like me going, ‘I’m finna go to a resort in Arizona and cheat on my wife. And I’m gonna be at the thing with some girl.’ Everywhere I go, people recognize me…You think people don’t notice you, Mike Vrabel?” Tatum said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n He added:<\/p>\n “It is for sure insane for a man of that caliber to be saying to his team that you need to have integrity and ‘Y’all need to not be partying on the weekend and y’all better be doing this and doing that,’ and you out here cutting up in front of the world, bruh.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Mike Vrabel has reportedly decided to skip Day 3 of the NFL draft on April 25, 2026, to undergo counseling. Vrabel announced this decision on April 23, hours before Page Six<\/a> published the photos of him with Dianna Russini at a bar in 2020.<\/p>\n The New England Patriots head coach said he decided to start counseling to give his family, the organization, and his team “the best version of me that I can possibly give them,” adding:<\/p>\n \u201cAs I said the other day, I promised my family, this organization and this team that I was going to give them the best version of me that I can possibly give them. In order to do so, I have committed to seeking counseling, starting this weekend.
