The fine was outlined in the official race communique directly following the event on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>However, the fine was later removed with the World Champion&#8217;s team, UAE Team Emirates-XRG, telling <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cirogazzetta\/status\/2048492701755052260?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cirogazzetta\/status\/2048492701755052260?s=20\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\"><em>La Gazzetta dello Sport<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>that it had been revoked.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"elk-seasonal\"\/><\/p>\n<aside data-block-type=\"embed\" data-render-type=\"fte\" data-skip=\"dealsy\" data-widget-type=\"seasonal\" class=\"hawk-root\"\/>\n<p id=\"elk-21993288-53a7-4cc3-a714-eba434864f30-2\" class=\"paywall\" aria-hidden=\"true\">The UAE Team Emirates-XRG rider initially was said to have violated Article 1.3.072.6: World Champion Equipment for the &#8220;wrong place of the publicity on the world champion jersey during the award ceremony,&#8221; according to the official race communique. The three riders celebrated their successes on the podium.<\/p>\n<p>At the time the initial race communique noted the fine, it was unclear what the specific issue was with his jersey, as Poga\u010dar had worn it on other podiums this year.
