With 13 federations qualifying for this summer\u2019s FIFA Women\u2019s World Cup, Nike had more partner federations than any other brand qualify for the World Cup. Nike worked with each of their 13 partner federations to design its respective new National Team Collection, including kits and lifestyle apparel. Each collection \u201cis inspired by each country\u2019s distinct identities and diverse communities\u201d and incorporates \u201ccultural and historical elements to boldly represent each country on and off the pitch.\u201d <\/p>\n

Select Nike National Team Kits will be available in limited quantities beginning April 3. All home and away jerseys and items from each federation\u2019s apparel collection will be available in early June.<\/p>\n

The Canada National Team Collection\u00a0continues the focus on\u00a0the country\u2019s traditional red and white color scheme. The red and black home kit features\u00a0an \u201cevolution of their iconic geometric maple leaf design\u201d, while the away kit uses simplicity to highlight the traditional colors.<\/p>\n

New Zealand<\/h2>\n

The New Zealand National Team Collection utilizes the country\u2019s\u00a0unique and iconic culture and landscapes to honor the World Cup co-hosts. The home kit\u00a0\u201cpays homage to its landscapes\u201d\u00a0through a new take on the classic Silver Fern pattern. The distinct allover pattern was created using black and silver spray paint techniques.\u00a0The away kit,\u00a0all white with a bright futuristic blue accent,\u00a0is inspired by the 1991 qualifying squad.<\/p>\n

Australia<\/h2>\n

For one of the World Cup\u2019s host nations, Nike created Australia\u2019s National Team Collection to celebrate the \u201cdiverse country and community\u00a0and is\u00a0an invitation to all Australians to join\u00a0in\u00a0and embrace this once-in-a-lifetime moment and iconic team.\u201d The home kit features a marbling pattern created by hand. The turquoise away kit color is meant to\u00a0represent a nation that is\u00a0\u201cvibrant,\u00a0energetic, and forward-thinking.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brasil<\/h2>\n

The Brazil National Team Collection is inspired by the Amazon, thematically connecting the home and away kits with a \u201ctropical foliage pattern.\u201d Utilizing Brazil\u2019s classic yellow, the home kit \u201chighlights\u00a0the beautiful Amazon ecosystem through the pattern\u2019s knit textures.\u201d The away kit carries through the tropical foliage pattern as it appears on the sleeves in \u201cbright jungle colors.\u201d<\/p>\n

China<\/h2>\n

China\u2019s National Team Collection purposefully spotlights China\u2019s historically traditional colors of red and yellow. The home kit is \u201cinspired by the iconic\u00a0xiangyun<\/em>\u00a0symbol, a traditional Chinese stylized cloud associated with good luck and good fortune.\u201d The home kit uses red as its primary color while the away kit features the other traditional color with a \u201cbright yellow hue.\u201d<\/p>\n

The England National Team Collection is \u201cinspired by the Art Deco\u00a0movement and\u00a0design of\u00a0the\u00a0legendary Wembley Stadium.\u201d The home kit\u2019s off-white color scheme is \u201cmodeled after the original Wembley\u2019s\u00a0chalky\u00a0white brick exterior\u00a0in\u00a01923\u201d while also paying \u201chomage to the 1984 England women\u2019s team, the country\u2019s first women\u2019s team assembled for a major tournament.\u201d The away kit \u201cbrings in the first expression of blue in the team\u2019s history\u201d with a geometric pattern that nods to the\u00a0Art\u00a0Deco movement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

France\u2019s National Team Collection is inspired by Orphism, an art movement popularized around the time that the first French women\u2019s football teams were playing, in the 1920s. In an Orphism art style, \u201cthe white away kit features a bespoke, hand-painted pattern cut into hexagon shapes.\u201d<\/p>\n

The overall theme of the Korea National Team Collection is inspired by \u201cthe country\u2019s youth culture and globally renowned fashion style.\u201d For the home kit, Korea\u2019s traditional red color is juxtaposed with vibrant pink side panels, a color new to Korea\u2019s kits, meant to create a \u201cdistinctive look reflecting the youthful spirit of the country and the team.\u201d The color blocking of the white away kit is inspired by Korean fashion with the split side panels pointing to \u201ctraditional ideas of balance and opposites on the Korean flag.\u201d<\/p>\n

Netherlands<\/h2>\n

The home kit is grounded in the iconic bright orange national color. The away kit pulls inspiration frome the red, blue and white colors of the Dutch flag, focusing primarily on the blue and combining the shape of the lioness on the national team crest with geometric modern patterns.<\/p>\n

The Nigeria National Team Collection blends the country\u2019s traditional local prints and patterns with current styles from the fashion scene of Abuja. In an\u00a0electric green color scheme, \u201cthe home kits\u00a0features\u00a0a bespoke pattern on the cuffs and sock ribbing inspired by traditional Nigerian artwork and textiles.\u201d The away kit, a darker forest green, \u201ccombines\u00a0modern shapes with traditional prints; the up-close details on the graphic pattern pay homage to the team\u2019s \u2018Super Falcons\u2019 name.\u201d<\/p>\n
