Chelsea<\/a> are plotting an audacious swoop to sign Real Madrid<\/a> midfielder Federico Valverde next summer, according to Fichajes<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n Valverde has consistently been one of the best midfielders in Europe over the past few seasons.
