Manchester United<\/a> now believe a \u00a370m midfielder could be “another Casemiro” and they are very keen on a summer move, Fabrizio Romano has revealed.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Man United signed off for the season in perfect fashion on Sunday, defeating Brighton & Hove Albion 3-0 at the American Express Stadium, but Casemiro was uninvolved, with Michael Carrick<\/a> explaining he wanted to experiment with his side on the final day.<\/p>\n Carrick<\/a> said: “It just felt the right time, I think, for Case; it was decided, and he was part of that as well. It was the right time, there is an element of balance, like I\u2019ve just said, the last game, we\u2019re not done, the season\u2019s not done for us. We\u2019re really conscious of that.<\/em><\/p>\n “So, there\u2019s a real balance between trying new things, moving forward, keep evolving. There are always games we\u2019ll try different things in that some might notice, some people might not notice others.”<\/em><\/p>\n It is looking increasingly likely the Brazilian will complete a move to the MLS before heading off to the World Cup, with Romano recently dropping an update on his future on X.<\/p>\n Speaking on his YouTube channel, the transfer expert has also revealed United are eyeing Real Madrid star Aurelien Tchouameni<\/a> as a replacement for the 34-year-old, as they “really appreciate” the Frenchman.<\/p>\n “Aurelien Tchouameni is for sure a player they love.
