Arsenal<\/a> come into this transfer window with the weight of expectation upon them.<\/p>\n

The pressure may finally be off after winning a first Premier League<\/a> title in 22 years but as a result of that triumph, it gives them a wonderful opportunity to attract some of the finest talent in Europe.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s likely the Gunners will start further up the pitch where Bournemouth\u2019s young superstar Eli Junior Kroupi is a key target for Mikel Arteta<\/a> and Co. That said, boasting an \u00a380m to \u00a3100m price tag, the Cherries are evidently in no mood to sell.<\/p>\n

One of Arteta\u2019s fundamental strategies in the transfer market since becoming Arsenal manager has been to sign players from Premier League clubs.<\/p>\n

The likes of David Raya and Declan Rice have been transformative after arriving from Brentford and West Ham United respectively.<\/p>\n

In Rogers, the Gunners will hope to repeat that success. Fabrizio Romano revealed earlier this week that Arsenal have held talks with the player\u2019s camp<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Club to club talks are yet to get underway but it is widely thought he could cost over \u00a380m to prise away from Villa Park this summer.<\/p>\n

What would Rogers bring? Well, that crucial know how of the Premier League ticks plenty of boxes for Arteta\u2019s side, as does his availability.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old has only missed two league games since the start of 2024\/25 and one of those absences was due to a suspension for an accumulation of too many yellow cards.<\/p>\n

Crucially, however, he\u2019s a mighty fine young player. Whether it be on the left flank or through the middle as more of a no.10, Rogers is exceptional.<\/p>\n

He has scored 14 goals in consecutive seasons for the Villans and is assisting them in equal measure too. He registered 16 assists in 2024\/25 before picking up another 12 in 2025\/26.<\/p>\n

A canny operator who\u2019s incredibly direct and aggressive with his actions in the final third, this would be a fabulous signing for the Gunners.<\/p>\n
