Megan uploaded a post on the social media app in which she wore a yellow floral rosette bikini, while taking a walk on the beach. The video also had a graphic text that read, &#8220;The best thing I&#8217;ve gained&#8230; Confidence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In the caption of the post, Megan further detailed her journey towards becoming a confident person, and what it actually meant. She also posed a question about confidence to her followers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;It wasn\u2019t because I suddenly became a confident person. It was because I felt better. More energy. Less frustration. Better workouts. Better recovery. When you feel good in your own skin, confidence has a funny way of finding you. Together, they have three kids. Their eldest is a son named Frank Thomas Jr. (born in 2008), followed by a daughter named Ashleigh Thomas (born in 2012), and another son, Chase Thomas (born in 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Before Megan, Thomas was married to Elise Silver. They got married in 1992, and Thomas has three kids with Silver too. King&#8217;s body was found at his home in River Forest, Illinois. According to ESPN&#8217;s David Kaplan, King passed away due to a fall at home.
