On Monday, they posted more photos, saying &#8220;Happy Pride. As a team, we stand for equality, respect and the freedom to be yourself. Be who you are. Earlier this year, data analyst Ra\u00fal Banqueri set up <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/truecycling.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/truecycling.org\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\"><em>True Cycling<\/em><\/a>, a support network for LGBTQ+ people working in professional cycling.<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"kiosq-b\">Whilst the conversation may be only just beginning in the professional ranks, there are many clubs, organisations and individuals supporting and promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion at grassroots and hobbyist levels.<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"kiosq-b\">Though the UCI has some rules against political expression in races, Uno-X&#8217;s gesture is far from the first time that professional riders have used their platform to support a particular campaign, cause or community.<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"kiosq-b\">In 2023, Remco Evenepoel and his Soudal-QuickStep teammates displayed a Moroccan flag during a Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a team presentation to raise awareness for a recent earthquake in the country.
