Tottenham<\/a> defender Djed Spence revealed it is not just him in the firing line of England boss Thomas Tuchel after clips of him getting told off in training went viral.<\/p>\n

The Tottenham full-back was in Tuchel\u2019s bad books when he made a slow start to an open training session on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Tuchel was heard shouting \u201cDjed, Djed, Djed wake up! Wake up!\u201d after the player hesitated during a passing drill. But Spence said this was par for the course for the \u201cvery detailed\u201d boss.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s normal. He\u2019s a great manager. He wants the best from his players,\u201d Spence told talkSPORT. \u201cHe demands high standards and for this tournament, we need to be ready, we need to be on it.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery session needs to be of the highest quality. That\u2019s what he demands. It\u2019s good. I wouldn\u2019t be the only one he says it too. It\u2019s part of the game.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think he\u2019s a great manager, he\u2019s a great guy. Very detailed in what he wants to do. I\u2019ve got great respect for him.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s like what he always says, we\u2019re building a family, we\u2019ve built a brotherhood within the team, everyone has one dream, one brain.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think everyone is on the same path. We can do special things. I think he\u2019s built that environment with this squad.\u201d<\/p>\n
