Now it\u2019s a needless dead rubber.\u201d<\/p>\n He also wrote on Thursday: \u201cImagine the tension now in this Brazil-Scotland game if Haiti weren\u2019t locked out by head-to-head. <\/p>\n \u201cI honestly find it infuriating. A terrible development.\u201d<\/p>\n
