As per Athletics Victoria\u2019s annual calendar and in accordance with Rule 16.1, notice is hereby given of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).<\/p>\n

The AGM details are as follows:<\/p>\n

Date:<\/strong> Wednesday 29 July<\/p>\n

Time:<\/strong> 7:00pm<\/p>\n

Venue:<\/strong> Online via ‘Zoom’<\/p>\n

An attendance registration link will be forwarded in due course.<\/p>\n

Election for Committee positions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The election cycle for AV Committee positions is specified in Rule 26 of Athletics Victoria\u2019s Rules.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Rule 26.3, the current terms of Committee members Clare Burton (Committee Vice President) and Scott Trickett (Committee Vice President) will terminate at the Annual General Meeting on 29 July 2026. Both Clare and Scott are eligible to renominate for the Committee, and both have indicated their intention to do so. Additionally, a third position is open for nomination, a casual vacancy since the last AGM when there were fewer nominations than there were vacancies. <\/p>\n
