Bayern Munich superstar Harry Kane scored a brilliant second-half brace to inspire England to a 2-1 comeback win over DR Congo in the FIFA World Cup. The two sides locked horns in the World Cup Round of 32 at the Atlanta Stadium on Wednesday, July 1.<\/p>\n

He created the joint-most chances (three) and won nine duels in the midfield, stamping his authority in the middle of the pitch.<\/p>\n Rice was tidy in possession, alongside Anderson, creating two big chances in their FIFA World Cup contest. However, his set-pieces were quite poor for his high standards. The 27-year-old was then deployed at right-back late in the second half and looked solid defensively against DR Congo<\/a>.<\/p>\n Rashford<\/a> wasn’t able to make much of an impact, creating zero chances, and landing one shot on target from three attempts. He was subbed off in the 60th minute for Anthony Gordon.<\/p>\n Bellingham<\/a> had a more offensive role against DR Congo, creating two chances for England. However, while the Real Madrid star landed all three of his shots on target, he also missed two big chances.<\/p>\n Completed the most dribbles (three) and created the joint-most chances (three) in the game. However, Madueke lacked an end product as he was unable to land any of his shots on goal. The 32-year-old single-handedly rescued England from being eliminated from the FIFA World Cup by scoring a late brace.
