Once you&#8217;ve reached a good altitude, you must get on the back of the Moonglow Frostfin Whale, which will take you even higher. Finally, you must get on the ship and sit on it to trigger the second memory of the Moon Sisters. Doing this will remove the seal on the giant tower. Next, enter the tower and take the lift down.
