However, he was still sent back down to the minor leagues on July 3.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, WFAN&#8217;s Rickie Ricardo spoke about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/baseball\/news-who-spencer-jones-meet-6-foot-7-top-of-prospect-called-yankees-make-history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Jones<\/a>&#8216; brief stint in the majors, pointing out why it is especially tough for him and other Yankees youngsters to &#8220;get a fair shot&#8221; to properly showcase their talent.
