Carlos Alcaraz has made a quick return to training after suffering from an injury that ruled him out of next week’s Monte-Carlo Masters. The Spaniard was seen training at a tennis club in his hometown of Murcia, Spain, and devoted particular focus to his forehand.<\/p>\n

Alcaraz picked up the injury during his Miami Open campaign, where he lost to Jannik Sinner in the semifinals in another three-set thriller between the duo. Earlier this week, the Spaniard revealed that he had suffered post-traumatic arthritis in his left hand and muscular discomfort in the spine, which needed rest.<\/p>\n

The world No. 2’s injury doesn’t seem too serious as he recently took to Real Murcia Club de Tenis to begin his preparations for the clay swing.<\/p>\n
