Dustin Rhodes suffered a knee injury back in July 2025 during his match with Kyle Fletcher. The Natural then underwent a double knee replacement surgery to heal his knees. Since then, the former WWE star has been recovering at home with an aspiration to make his return soon. Recently, Rhodes shared a heartfelt message on his social media where he hinted at his comeback to AEW.<\/p>\n
The Natural has been in the world of professional wrestling for more than three decades. He has competed all across the world in promotions like WCW, TNA, WWE, and now in AEW<\/a>. While the veteran has had a memorable career in the business, he has never won a world championship. In his recent post on Instagram, Rhodes expressed a desire to go after the world title upon his return.<\/p>\n The former WWE star said that he has got a lot of gas left in his tank. Therefore, he is not taking a full-time break from wrestling soon. Dustin Rhodes<\/a> detailed his contribution to the wrestling business over the years. However, he highlighted how he has failed to become a world champion, something which was his ambition since childhood. However, The Natural recently revealed that he was trying to talk his way out of the championship way at All In.<\/p>\n Speaking with Tony Schiavone on What Happened When<\/a>, Dustin Rhodes said that he believed Kyle Fletcher deserved the championship win more than him. However, Tony Khan<\/a> insisted when he tried to give away that win.
