With a 23-second general classification lead over Wilson-Haffenden, B\u00e4ckstedt is well-placed to defend the jersey.<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"kiosq-b\">Of the early starters, Slovakian champion Vikt\u00f3ria Chladano\u0148ov\u00e1 (Visma-Lease a Bike) set the early benchmark, stopping the clock in 10.44.
