Former Team India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batter Abhinav Mukund ranked his former captain and CSK legend MS Dhoni 4th. The blind ranking test featured a bunch of legends from across countries who won World Cups as captains. So it was very hard for Mukund to rank all of these icons.<\/p>\n

A few hours after the India vs England 3rd ODI match at Lord’s, Cricinfo shared the video featuring Abhinav Mukund, who is now working as a cricket expert and cricket commentator. MS Dhoni was spotted at the Lord’s lounge during the match<\/a>. Hours after that, the media house shared the video content.<\/p>\n

The blind ranking video challenge starts with Steve Waugh<\/h2>\n

The blind ranking test started with former Australia captain and legend Steve Waugh, with a straight bouncer to Abhinav Mukund, who was known for his technical batting abilities. Mukund put the Aussie legend at No. 3 as more names were about to pop up. Former Pakistan captain Imran Khan was the second to appear in the video.<\/p>\n

Mukund straightaway put Imran at No. 5. For the third slot, it was the legendary Kapil Dev, who captained India to win their first-ever World Cup. Mukund put Kapil Dev at number three. After Steve Waugh, Imran Khan, and Kapil Dev, former India captain and the cornerstone of the IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni was the next in the test.<\/p>\n

Abhinav Mukund named MS Dhoni for the No. 4 spot<\/h2>\n

Abhinav Mukund placed Dhoni at four, after Kapil Dev and Steve Waugh, and before Imran Khan. In the first place, the former international batter voted for another Australian legendary skipper, Ricky Ponting. It seemed like Mukund left the top most place on the radar for the legendary captain under whose leadership Australia National Cricket Team claimed multiple World Cup titles and several other trophies.<\/p>\n

    Abhinav Mukund was under control in most of the test<\/h2>\n

    From the facial expressions of the former India and CSK batter, it was clear that he faced the blind ranking test with a proper plan and tried to handle the rankings with extra caution and in a meaningful way.<\/p>\n

    From the beginning of the video, the top-order batter was in control until the last three names surfaced on the screen. Sri Lanka legend Arjuna Ranatunga might be the reason Mukund got a little bit distracted.<\/p>\n

    As there were only a couple of free spaces left by then, the 6th and 7th ranks, Mukund named Ranatunga for the number six place and the West Indies legend Clive Lloyd for the number seven. Mukund quickly realized that did a blunder by putting a legend like Clive Lloyd at number 7 in the 8-name list.<\/p>\n

    Actually, he did not expect Lloyd’s name to join the test at the very end of the video. The call for MS Dhoni was also very interesting. Some of the viewers might have thought to see the former India keeper-batter at No.7.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
