\nHaste<\/li>\n Frenzy Charge generation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWhile using this Spectre, you have a low chance (5%) to gain a Frenzy Charge which increases both of your attack and movement speed<\/strong>. Casting Haste directly increases your movement and attack speed which allows you to deal more damage and avoid incoming attacks more easily. Additionally, you also get a 5% increased attack damage per 450 Evasion Rating.<\/p>\n2) Perfect Spirit of Fortune<\/h3>\n If you are running a lightning-based build, then the Perfect Spirit of Fortune Spectre is the best choice for you. <\/p>\n
While using the Perfect Spirit of Fortune all of your Lightning Damage is Lucky<\/strong>, meaning your lightning skills and attacks deal bonus damage. Additionally, here are the abilities of the Spirit of Fortune:<\/p>\n\nCasts Shock Nova<\/li>\n Casts Spark<\/li>\n Casts Lightning Warp<\/li>\n Casts Wrath<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nCasting Wrath further increases both the damage of your melee and ranged attacks.<\/p>\n
Overall, this should be one of the first Spectres you get if you are playing a Lightning-based build in Path of Exile.<\/p>\n
3) Perfect Guardian Turtle<\/h3>\n The Perfect Guardian Turtle is best used by defensive\/tanky builds while bossing in Path of Exile. The sole purpose of this Spectre is to keep your character alive by granting you:<\/p>\n
\nDetermination Aura<\/li>\n 5% Physical Damage Reduction<\/li>\n Damage immunity for 2 seconds (from the Rongokurai’s Boon exclusive skill)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nGaining the Determination Aura from the Perfect Guardian Turtle grants both direct and multiplicative armor rating to you and your allies<\/strong> in a specific radius. This means you will need to stay near the Guardian Turtle to benefit from the buffs.<\/p>\nSome Spectres are best used as support options (Image via GGG || YouTube\/@Doominated69)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n4) Perfect Forest Warrior<\/h3>\n If you want to clear maps more effeciently, using the Perfect Forest Warrior will grant you the abilities to do so perfectly. It is one of the best utility\/support Spectres that grants you:<\/p>\n
\nPermanent Onslaught (to you and your allies)<\/li>\n Culling Strike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWhile you have Onslaught (non-stackable buff), you will have 20% increased attack, cast, and movement speed<\/strong>. Additionally, you will also be able to execute enemies with 10% or lower maximum life. This dramatically increases clear speed, making it perfect for mapping.<\/p>\n5) Carnage Chieftain<\/h3>\n Carnage Chieftain remains the best spectre choice for the early game due to its ability to grant Frenzy Charges to you and your allies<\/strong>. The Frenzy Charges grants you increased attack, cast, and movement speed, which are all extremely valuable in the early game.<\/p>\n6) Perfect Warlord<\/h3>\n While it is not the most impressive Spectre in Path of Exile, it is a decent addition to any tanky build in the game. The Perfect Warlord Spectre is based around player survivability by granting you:<\/p>\n
\nVitality Aura<\/li>\n Endurance Charges (to you and your allies)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWhile you have the Vitality Aura, you and your allies will have life regeneration in a specific radius<\/strong>. Additionally, each Endurance Charge will grant you an additional physical and elemental damage reduction.<\/p>\n7) Host Chieftain<\/h3>\n The Host Chieftain is best used as a backup Spectre, since it doesn’t grant you flat damage output, it always falls behind after the early-game phase of the game. The Host Chieftain grants you 50% increased critical strike chance per Power Charge you have.<\/p>\n
While this makes it a decent choice of Spectre in the early-game, its overall damage potential depends on your critical strike damage which is fairly low in the early stages of the game.<\/p>\n
8) Perfect Hulking Miscreation<\/h3>\n The Perfect Hulking Miscreation is a pure minion-based Spectre. While it doesn’t grant you any direct buffs, it summons constructs and grants them 100% increased damage and 30% increased attack and cast speed<\/strong>.<\/p>\nAdditionally, pairing this Spectre with a tanky build will increase the overall damage by 8% per 450 armor you have.<\/p>\n
