The Ruler did the needful for the segment, but The Beast Incarnate played mind games with the rising star, refusing to enter the steel structure. This isn&#8217;t the first time, as WWE often reworks their shows following their live broadcast on Netflix. The Deadman has never defeated The Beast Incarnate in a Hell in a Cell match and wishes The Ruler could do it this weekend, as all Femi have enough momentum to win.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Oba Femi gave up his title match to face Brock Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam.
