So much of a mess that the Giants announced on Friday that they are suspending payment to him until he can resume performing activities for the club following a bizarre scooter accident over the weekend.<\/p>\n<h2>Giants suspending payment to Harrison Bader<\/h2>\n<p>Bader has been sidelined since late May due to a foot injury, and recently got himself into some hot water because of a late-night scooter accident that he has apparently not been fully transparent about with the team.<\/p>\n<p>According to eyewitness reports, Bader was said to have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/sports\/giants\/article\/new-details-emerge-harrison-bader-s-late-night-22367593.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ridden his scooter<\/a> into the back of a San Francisco firetruck just before 2 a.m. Sunday morning, which then ran over his foot, causing a major injury.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It is the same foot that had sidelined him.<\/p>\n<p>Bader was <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/mattblively\/status\/2083000721717469682\" target=\"_blank\">also reportedly seen<\/a> drinking at several bars before the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The Giants did not publicly comment on the issue while they gathered further information.
