The quarterback has been preparing to make a comeback this year and is competing for the starting quarterback job alongside Shedeur Sanders.<\/p>\n<p>So far, in four seasons, the quarterback has recorded just 3,365 yards and 19 TDs passing. Before being traded to Cleveland, Watson spent four years with the Houston Texans and posted 14,539 yards and 104 TDs passing. This raised questions about his chances of taking over the starting quarterback job in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>While speaking with the media, coach Todd Monken shared his thoughts on the back-to-back picks. He took over as Kevin Stefanski&#8217;s replacement in January.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;That&#8217;s no fun for him or us.
