They collided in a Hell in a Cell Match and later went off-script, something that was confirmed by The Miz.<\/p>\n<p>Lesnar has officially confirmed his retirement after losing to Femi at SummerSlam. The match completed their trilogy after their previous meetings at WrestleMania 42 and Clash in Italy. The score was tied at 1-1 heading into SummerSlam.<\/p>\n<p><template id=\"template__newsletter-inline-banner-form-combo-widget\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<p><img id=\"subscribe-img\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\nThanks for the submission!\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/template><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <em>TMZ Sports <\/em>in an interview, The Miz claimed that Lesnar&#8217;s post-match actions, when he put Femi over with his promo, shocked everyone. The former WWE Champion claimed that Lesnar wasn&#8217;t told to put Femi over by creative, and it was something he decided to do himself.<\/p>\n<p><template id=\"also-read-articles-template\"><\/p>\n<p><\/template><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI think everyone was shocked about Brock Lesnar, and it wasn\u2019t the fact that he lost. It was the fact that after the match, he was walking out of the ring and then turned back around and basically, as we call it, gave Oba Femi the rub. Which- people don\u2019t understand, creative didn\u2019t tell (him.) Brock does what Brock wants to do. Brock isn\u2019t told something, when he feels it he just goes after it and does it. He\u2019s a one of one. He\u2019s literally, you\u2019ll never see a talent like Brock Lesnar ever again. He was the next big thing, and then he passed the torch to what he believes is the next big thing, and that is a lot of pressure for Oba Femi. But I think Oba Femi is the type of talent that can withstand that pressure and hopefully be the next big thing in his own right, and I thought that was incredibly special.\u201d said The Miz. He was warned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/player\/oba-femi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">Oba Femi<\/a>, who claimed that Punk&#8217;s &#8220;bombs&#8221; don&#8217;t work on The Ruler.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the <em>SummerSlam Post-Show<\/em>, Femi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportskeeda.com\/wwe\/news-your-bombs-don-t-work-oba-femi-responds-top-wwe-champion-s-callout-wwe-summerslam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-is-sponsored=\"false\">claimed<\/a> that he is equally gifted on the microphone as Punk.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cYou want to drop pipebombs and all that stuff, but understand one thing. Your bombs don\u2019t work when it comes to Oba Femi.
