Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels issued a cease-and-desist to the LSU Tigers to stop the use of his name, image and likeness (NIL) after they gave his No. 5 jersey to DJ Pickett.<\/p>\n
Daniels, who won the Heisman Trophy with the Tigers in 2023, felt disrespected by the decision to let another player wear his jersey. However, his decision has received backlash from the NFL community.<\/p>\n

I think you\u2019ve gotten plenty of respect.
