She can play Premier Cricket competitions in Australian states and territories, as these are classified as Community Cricket under the current policy.<\/p>\n
What Is Community Cricket and Elite Cricket in Australia?<\/h2>\n This distinction is very important.<\/p>\n

We also cannot say that the BCCI has officially rejected her.<\/p>\n

Importantly, surgery or subsequent gender-affirming treatment does not change that eligibility position under the current ICC rules.<\/p>\n

If she does that and performs well enough on the field, playing in competitions such as the WBBL could become possible.<\/p>\n
In India, however, things remain unclear because the BCCI currently does not have a publicly established policy dealing with this situation.<\/p>\n
And at international level, the ICC\u2019s current regulations mean Anaya cannot represent either India or Australia in women\u2019s international cricket if she falls within the male-puberty exclusion in those regulations.<\/p>\n
