Manchester United<\/a> bagged their maiden win of the Premier League<\/a> season in emphatic fashion last weekend as they trounced Ipswich Town 5-2 at Old Trafford, a week after their shock defeat to Hull City on matchday one.<\/p>\n Despite a solid start to the season, the Red Devils are keen on solidifying their squad depth between now and the end of the transfer<\/a> window, with midfield and left backs believed to be especially important areas for Michael Carrick.<\/p>\n According to Ekrem Konur<\/a>, the Red Devils are still interested in signing Real Madrid<\/a> midfielder Eduardo Camavinga having been keen on his acquisition since the start of the summer, as they look to leverage from the Whites\u2019 desire to sign Manu Kone.<\/p>\n Jose Mourinho is believed to want the AS Roma midfielder in his squad but a packed Madrid roster would need some departures, and Camavinga, who is valued at \u00a343 million on Transfermarkt<\/a>, might be the easiest to get rid of.<\/p>\n Eduardo Camavinga\u2019s potential acquisition by Manchester United would mean they would have signed an exceptional midfielder, as well as a player who can play effectively at left back, possibly offering more as a full back than Luke Shaw currently does.<\/p>\n Camavinga\u2019s coverage of both ends of the pitch, thanks to his stamina, would be vital, as would be his ability to carry the ball forward, make well-time tackles and interceptions, and link-up effectively with good short as well as long passes.<\/p>\n On the player\u2019s part, however, there has been an indication all summer that he has been keen on fighting for a place at the Bernabeu and after earning praise from Jose Mourinho following a starting berth against Malaga on Sunday in his side\u2019s 4-0 win in La Liga, Man United face a difficult task if they are looking to convince him to join them.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExcellent signing for Man United<\/h2>\n
