Popular creator Jake Paul<\/a>, the younger of the Paul brothers, recently purchased a 6,000-acre ranch in Georgia. He also created an Instagram page for the property under the handle @paulfamilyranch, where the ranch is described in the bio as a $40 million property.<\/p>\n Recently, the team from Whop Originals<\/a>, known for touring the homes and properties of popular creators, including Sean O’Malley, Tfue, JasonTheWeen, Lacy, and more, visited Jake’s ranch. During the tour, the team asked Jake whether he had paid around $40 million in cash for the property. Jake confirmed the claim and further doubled down on the figure.<\/p>\n The team asked:<\/p>\n “How much did you actually have to put in to get this property? Because I\u2019ve seen online, someone said $40 million, $39 million, whatever. Does that actually mean you put $39 million of cash into this?”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/p>\n <\/template><\/p>\n Jake Paul directly confirmed the claim. Further discussing the size of the ranch, he said:<\/p>\n “We have 6,000 acres here. Basically, if you drove up and down in one-mile grid blocks, you would be driving for 81 miles.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n When asked why he chose Georgia for the property, Jake explained that he wanted enough land to farm and have several recreational facilities.<\/p>\n He said:<\/p>\n “I wanted more than 2,500 acres to be able to farm, have cows, a mile-long shooting range, a racetrack. It also needed to be on a lake where I could go wake surfing.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The massive purchase also drew reactions from fans, with several praising Jake Paul for investing in a property that could become part of his family’s long-term wealth.<\/p>\n “Bro dropped $40M cash on a whole kingdom in Georgia. I just had to grind really hard for many years to be able to get to a point where I could do something like this.
