NFL analyst Albert Breer<\/a> might have gotten himself on the wrong side of NHL fans after one of his recent takes on hockey vs. football. In a post on Elon Musk-owned X, Breer compared the physicality and toughness of hockey players and footballers.<\/p>\n On X, an account named Shark Memes seemingly mocked Chicago Bears<\/a> quarterback Caleb Williams, who recently sustained a grade 1 hamstring injury. The account compared Williams’ injury to Kyle Palmieri’s ACL tear and appreciated the latter for playing through injury and getting an assist.<\/p>\n The post gained a lot of traction on X, and Albert Breer quote-tweeted it and shared his take. While Breer said hockey players are tough, he also added that the toughness of hockey players and footballers can’t be compared.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/template><\/p>\n “Hockey players are tough and all, but let\u2019s not pretend the physicality of the two sports is comparable.
