The event, the second most popular San Silvestre in the Community of Madrid after La Vallecana, will offer 5,000 spots across its three formats. Its morning schedule makes it possible to combine the race with New Year’s Eve plans and even with other afternoon events.

A San Silvestre Start Located by the Las Rozas Pine Forest

The Las Rozas Fairgrounds will host both the start and finish, beside the pine forest, one of the usual training environments for the municipality’s runners. From there, participants will complete a route that passes through some of the town’s most emblematic sites. Live music and a festive atmosphere will accompany a day open to different ways of enjoying sport. There will be space for those who want to finish the year aiming for a good time, for those who prefer running with friends, and for families choosing to complete the course on foot.

Schedules: 10 kilometers at 10:00 and 5 kilometers at 10:10

The 10-kilometer race will start at 10:00. Ten minutes later, at 10:10, the participants in the 5-kilometer event and the family and children’s walk will set off, which will be around five kilometers and will be non-competitive. Finishing in the morning simplifies organizing the last day of the year: it allows reserving the afternoon for family plans, preparing New Year’s Eve celebrations, or taking part in another San Silvestre. It is one of the main attractions of an event that blends competition with popular participation.

Distances, Ages and Categories

The 10-kilometer distance is open to participants aged 14 and over, while the 5-kilometer distance accepts participants from age 10, with adult supervision for ages 10 to 12. The family walk is open to all audiences. Both races will feature male and female categories in the overall standings, veterans over 45, and local runners. The variety of formats allows choosing according to each participant’s preparation and plan. The ten kilometers offer an option for those seeking a longer effort; the five kilometers provide a shorter distance to close the year with a run. The walk enables sharing the experience with family without the pressure of timing.

Registrations and Prices for Las Rozas San Silvestre 2026

Registrations are processed through the official event website, with a maximum of 5,000 participants across the three modalities. Until October 25, the price is €15 for the 10 kilometers, €11 for the 5 kilometers and €8 for the individual walk. In this last modality, bundles are also offered for two, three and four family members at €14, €20 and €26, respectively. From October 26 to December 6, individual rates are €18 for the ten kilometers, €14 for the five and €10 for the walk. From December 7 to 26, they become €21, €17 and €13, respectively. In addition, a processing fee of €0.60 is added to each registration or package.

T-shirt, Services and Bib Collection

All registrants will receive a commemorative T-shirt. The organization will also provide solid and liquid refreshments at the finish, event insurance, and a cloakroom service. Bib pickup will take place at Las Rozas The Style Outlets during the three days prior to the event: December 28, from 13:00 to 20:00; December 29, from 11:00 to 20:00; and December 30, from 11:00 to 18:00. Bib numbers will not be issued on race day, so participants must arrange pickup in advance.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE LAS ROZAS SAN SILVESTRE 2026.

Source link

The Las Rozas San Silvestre 2026 will take place on Thursday, December 31, featuring 5 km and 10 km races and a family and children’s walk.
