On September 20, 350 athletes, according to the organizers, faced the seventh edition of Swimrun Madrid in the surroundings of the Atazar reservoir, between El Berrueco and Cervera de Buitrago. The course linked swimming and foot-racing segments through the Madrid Sierra Norte, without a transition to change equipment between the two disciplines. Swimrun Madrid offered both individual and team formats.<\/p>\n
Participants were spread across the Half, Sprint and Supersprint<\/strong> distances, roughly 20, 10 and 5 kilometers, respectively.
