After Tom Aspinall vacated the undisputed heavyweight title last month, Gane was promoted to full champion and will face his first title defense against Hokit at UFC 334 next month. <\/p>\n<p>In a recent interview with Helen Yee, Volkov explained why he&#8217;s rooting for Hokit to beat Gane despite considering the Frenchman superior and claimed that the American heavyweight would be an easier fight for him. He said: <\/p>\n<p><template id=\"also-read-articles-template\"><\/p>\n<p><\/template><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This sport is unpredictable. Everybody has a chance to win. Of course, Ciryl Gane has more chances to win, like speaking seriously about it, but it&#8217;s never predictable. I can bet on Ciryl Gane. So, this is the easy way, but I don&#8217;t know what will really happen, but we should probably bet on Gane.&#8221; <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr\/>\n<h2>Michael Bisping believes Josh Hokit will wrestle Ciryl Gane at UFC 334<\/h2>\n<p>Michael Bisping recently shared his thoughts on the Ciryl Gane vs. Josh Hokit title fight. <\/p>\n<p>In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, Bisping shared his preview of the heavyweight clash and said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Josh Hokit is going to wrestle Ciryl Gane; that&#8217;s just a fact. He has to wrestle Ciryl Gane. Ciryl Gane moves so well on the feet&#8230; He&#8217;s very, very light on the feet. He is very athletic, very explosive, and more importantly, really technical&#8230; So he&#8217;s [Hokit] got to be careful. He&#8217;s going to have to clean things up. He&#8217;s going to have to have a tighter guard, and he&#8217;s going to have to get the takedown.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He added:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;It&#8217;s a real challenge. It&#8217;s a real struggle. It is a big mountain to climb for Josh Hokit.
