The Juan Muguerza Cross in Elgoibar, the Zornotza Cross, the Donosti-Lasarte Cross, and the Amurrio Cross have decided to join forces and have unveiled the joint project at the Elgoibar Music School. The union of these four historic events under the common name \u201cEuskadiko Krossak<\/strong>\u201d aims to give cross-country running in the Basque Country a new projection.<\/p>\n COLLABORATION AS A STARTING POINT<\/strong> The four crosses will continue to be held individually, each with its own identity, its organizing team and its tradition. But, from now on, they will operate under a common brand: Euskadiko Krossak.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The organizers have publicly expressed their gratitude to the sponsors. \u201cThere is no denying it: today it is not easy to secure the sponsorships that a sporting event needs. According to the organizers, the decision stems from the elkarlana, of collaboration. \u201cWe have spent many years organizing each of our events, with a level more than decent and with the support of our municipalities. But we are clear that, together, we are stronger than apart. A close collaboration will also benefit each individual project,\u201d they explain.
The four crosses are complementary within the annual calendar and, from now on, they will present themselves as a circuit to runners, fans and the media<\/strong>. This gives them greater visibility and, at the same time, highlights both the events and the work behind them\u2014the organizing clubs.<\/p>\n\n
