Former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen slammed Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) skipper KL Rahul\u2019s approach in the powerplay in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. Kevin Pietersen\u2019s statement came during the match between the Lucknow and the Rajasthan Royals at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium on Wednesday, April 19.<\/p>\n
KL Rahul scored just 19 runs off 19 balls during the powerplay against the Rajasthan Royals. The right-handed batter survived twice in six overs, his catches being dropped by Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jason Holder, respectively. The 31-year-old finished with a score of 39 runs off 32 balls in the Lucknow Super Giants\u2019 10-run victory.<\/p>\n

He scored 18 runs off 20 balls against Royal Challengers Bangalore in a high-scoring run chase.
