It was very emotional out on the pitch. Just seeing just about everyone, every staff member, every player crying.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And in his typical humorous fashion, the Aussie claimed that he hadn\u2019t been crying &#8211; instead cheekily blaming everyone else.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve got everyone else\u2019s tears all over my eyes,\u201d he said, wiping his eyes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s just a special moment in the history of Philippines team sport,\u201d Stajcic continued, comparing their success to boxing icon Manny Pacquiao.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know if there\u2019s been a bigger win. It\u2019s number one,\u201d said Stajcic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was very emotional out on the pitch, seeing just about everyone crying. It\u2019s unbelievable. When you hear stories of other teams needing so long to win World Cup matches \u2026 We have done it in our second match in our first World Cup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can\u2019t really appreciate how far back in the pack we have come compared to these teams. The unity, work rate and heart from the team was special.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know if there\u2019s been a bigger win for Philippines\u2019 sport.
