Happy 26th birthday to Denver Broncos franchise quarterback, Bo Nix!
Nix was selected with the 12th-overall pick in 2024 NFL Draft, and was given the keys to the Denver Broncos right away. Nix has started every regular season game of his two-year career so far, and as a rookie ended Denver’s eight-year playoff drought.
This year, he and the Broncos took another step, winning 14 games behind Nix’s 3,931 passing yards and 25 touchdowns along with an elite defense en route to the AFC’s top-seed and a berth in the AFC Championship. Disaster struck in overtime of their Divisional Round win over the Buffalo Bills, with Nix fracturing his ankle and missing the AFC Championship against New England.
If Nix is able to return to health and remain healthy, the Broncos are set up to be Super Bowl contenders for years to come.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Nix’s 54 touchdown passes through his first two seasons are third-most in NFL history. With that being said, how many of the 32 NFL QBs to throw at least 40 touchdowns between their first two campaigns?
