“These bathrooms are atrocious”: Link Lauren compares Kardashian’s “original home” with a dungeon as Kris Jenner reportedly looks to sell it

Link Lauren has shared his thoughts on Kris Jenner’s house, which has been put up for sale. He opened up about the apparent lack of interest in it and criticized some parts of the “Kardashians’ original home”.

Kris Jenner announced that their mansion in California was up for sale in February last year. She bought it for $4 million in 2010 and spent millions on renovating it over the years. She has listed it for sale for $13.5 million, but it remains on the market at the time of writing.

Podcaster Link Lauren opened up about this in a post on X (formerly Twitter), claiming that he visited the mansion himself. He shared some pictures of the bathroom from the house and wrote:

“Kris Jenner is selling the Kardashian’s original home. It’s been sitting on the market a long time at $13.5 million. People are starting to question why there’s such little interest. It’s become a joke among LA brokers. I went to Zillow to take a look for myself…”

“These bathrooms are atrocious. The black and gold tile with a black toilet and brown door? It’s like a dungeon. Maybe that’s where Bruce kept Caitlyn all those years locked away. Money can’t buy you class… or taste! I’d get nauseous using any of those bathrooms,” he added.

The mansion is 8,860 square feet and features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It has also featured in numerous episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians over the years. As per PEOPLE, the listing is currently with Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California.

Since the announcement of its sale, the mansion has been seen in multiple episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Some of the Kardashian sisters have also made Instagram stories reminiscing about their good times at the house.

When she announced that it was being put up for sale, Kris Jenner told The New York Times:

“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.”

Meanwhile, in April last year, Kylie and Kendall Jenner visited the house and uploaded multiple Instagram stories. In one of them, Kylie recorded the aforementioned black bathroom and said in the video:

“Saying goodbye to my bathroom growing up ‘cause we’re selling our house.”

Kylie then showed Kendall Jenner’s bathroom, which was completely white in contrast. She added:

“This was Kendall’s bathroom. Obviously the complete opposite.”

Both sisters shared multiple snaps of the house, reminiscing about their memories. Meanwhile, in an episode of The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian said:

“Those black-and-white floors will always be, dare I say, iconic.”

Notably, Kris Jenner was also asked during the episode about her reason for selling the house. She replied:

“Cash. I mean, is that a question?”

Jenner also suggested one final get-together at the house before it is sold, which Kendall Jenner and Khloe Kardashian agreed with.
