£60m star ‘could leave Tottenham’ as Man City open talks with his camp

Tottenham‘s summer transfer window has largely been defined by incomings so far, but there is also increasing attention on several first-team players whose futures could lie away from N17.

Spurs have already strengthened key areas of the squad with the arrivals of Andy Robertson and Marcos Senesi, while talks continue over Brighton defender Jan Paul van Hecke and Man City winger Savinho.

At the same time, the club have already seen one notable departure.

Yves Bissouma officially left Tottenham earlier this week following the expiry of his contract, bringing an end to a mixed spell in north London.

His exit has created additional space in midfield and is one of several changes taking place as Spurs continue reshaping the squad.

However, Bissouma may not be the last high-profile player to move on.

Richarlison remains a player frequently linked with a transfer away from the club.

The Brazilian striker has previously attracted interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia as well as elsewhere in Europe, and reports in the last few months have suggested Tottenham could be willing to listen to offers.

Manor Solomon is another player whose future appears uncertain.

The winger has been linked with a permanent exit after spending some time away from the first-team picture, most recently at Fiorentina, and there is an expectation that the Israeli will be allowed to leave for good.

A boost for the Premier League sides…

Perhaps the most significant speculation has centred on Tottenham’s defence.

Cristian Romero has been linked with interest from both Man United and Chelsea in recent weeks.

The World Cup-winning centre-back remains one of the most proven defenders in the Premier League on his best day, and would command a substantial fee if Spurs were ever persuaded to sell.

Micky van de Ven has also seen his name appear in transfer reports.

Liverpool have been credited with interest in the Dutch defender, whose pace and composure have helped establish him as one of Tottenham’s most important players.

Spurs have shown no indication that they want to lose Van de Ven, and it is believed he’d command a seismic £90 million price tag.

Another defensive star is attracting attention too, this time from Man City.

According to Sport Italia journalist Gianluigi Longari, Pedro Porro could potentially leave Tottenham this summer.

The Spanish international has developed into one of the Premier League’s standout full-backs since arriving from Sporting CP.

His attacking quality and ability to influence games in the final third have made him a key figure in Tottenham’s system.

Unsurprisingly, clubs elsewhere have taken notice.

Longari reports that both City and Atlético Madrid have already made contact with Porro’s representatives as they assess the possibility of a move.

    City’s interest is particularly intriguing.

Porro was previously on City’s books before establishing himself elsewhere, and a return to the Etihad Stadium would represent a remarkable twist in his career.

Atletico could also be tempting contenders.

The Spanish club have long appreciated aggressive, attack-minded defenders and Porro’s style of play would appear well suited to the demands of Diego Simeone’s side.

Despite the growing interest, Tottenham are in a strong negotiating position.

Porro has two years left on his current deal, and a valuation of around £60 million reflects both his importance to the team and his status as one of the league’s best attacking full-backs.
