The ‘Active 300-yard NFL passers’ quiz

When the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals kick-off the Hall of Fame Game this Thursday, a 181-day drought without NFL games will (sort of) come to an end.

Ahead of the year’s first preseason contest, Panthers head coach Dave Canales revealed who will start under center for Carolina in Canton: veteran Kenny Pickett

Pickett signed with the Panthers in March, and has interestingly been a good preseason quarterback. With Canales not wanting to play any clear-cut starters but still hoping to see progress made in some competition battles, Pickett brings a steady presence that should allow the coaching staff to learn about other players on offense.

Pickett started 25 games in his first two professional seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but has started just three over the last two with Philadelphia and Las Vegas. While he certainly shapes up to be the backup to Bryce Young in Charlotte this year, the Hall of Fame Game gives him an opportunity to put some good tape out there for the rest of the league should a need for a starter arise.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Pickett is one of 62 active NFL quarterbacks with at least one 300-passing-yard game in their career. How many of those QBs can you name in eight minutes?

    Good luck!
